Please ensure that full and complete copies are sent to Danni Taylor either scanned and sent to Danni via e-mail at d.taylorlecabanon@btopenworld.com or by post to Le Cabanon, Church Road, Randwick, Stroud, Glos GL6 6HJ. If you would like a copy of your Club's database of all the passports which are included for your Club then please drop Danni an e-mail and she will forward a copy of the database to you. Just another small plea - please do not leave sending passports until the very last minute as they may not get checked in time, ideally if passports could be received no later than 10 days prior to a competition, this will help enormously.
